** Journals must be entered by 9 a.m. on the fifth working day after the last day of the month being closed.
*** Journals for June entered after 9 a.m. on Friday will be posted the following Monday evening.
^ Journals for June not entered by 9 a.m. on Friday will not be posted in FY2006 or FY2007. They will be deleted.
† We will be closing the month of July two days later than normal in order to process the treasurer's distribution and the interest allocations in July. Therefore, the tubs will have extra time to process feeds and journals for the month of July only.
