Harvard University Policy:

Once students have left the University, SRO assumes responsibility for collection of any amounts still due the University.

6.2 Collection of Student Receivables Debt by SRO - Out-of-school Students

Working closely with schools, SRO sets up a plan with each student to repay the debt and monitors the accounts to see that the agreement is kept.
