Harvard University Policy:

Registrars may adjust Tuition & Fees if students withdraw or, in some cases, change the number of courses in which they are enrolled.

3.1 Business Process for the Adjustment of Student Charges - Example: Student Withdrawal

• Registrars send SRO a completed Tuition Change Form detailing the adjustments to tuition and fees, status, etc.

• SRO updates SIS online with the changes

• SRO feeds GL with changes
