University Policy Overview:

Students may make payments before an account has been set up for them in SIS.

Procedure:

2.3 Business Process for the Application of Payments Received Prior to Establishment of a Student Account

Schools should forward these payments immediately to SRO so they can be deposited in SRO's prepayment account. SRO will transfer the payment to the student's account as soon as the student is assigned a HUID# and an account has been set up (usually in a few days).
