Harvard University Policy:

GSAS students may elect to have payments transferred from their University paychecks directly to their student billing accounts via payroll deduction.

2.2 Business Process for the application of Payroll Deduction payments to Student Accounts

Student may complete a Payroll Deduction Authorization form available from the GSAS Financial Aid Office that allows the Payroll Office to transfer a set amount from the paycheck to SRO for a given number of months. SRO then credits students' accounts with the Payroll Deduction payments.
