SRO encourages students to mail payments to their lockbox using the tear-off stub attached to the monthly billing statement.

2.1 Business Process for the Receipt and Application of Payments Received Through SRO's lockbox to Student Accounts

• Students mail payments with bill stubs to SRO's lockbox.

• Lockbox sends SRO details of all payments received on a daily basis.

• SRO updates student accounts nightly with payments received that day.

• Lockbox bank transfers funds received that day to Cash Management.

• Cash Management journals funds to SRO to offset Student Receivable balance.
