Billing statements are mailed monthly, except in January, according to the "Schedule - Distribution of Student Bills" presented in this document to all students who have a balance due. Departments should note the Billing Transaction Deadlines listed in that schedule so that charges can appear in a timely manner on students bills. All departments should forward transactions to SRO shortly after the student incurs the charge and in keeping with the published Billing Transaction Deadlines. SRO reserves the right to refuse charges from a department which has been negligent in sending transactions in a timely manner.
Unless SRO is notified otherwise, graduate student bills are mailed to students' local addresses and undergraduates' bills are mailed to their permanent addresses. These monthly statements include all items billed for the current term as well as any financial aid that is still anticipated by the Financial Aid Offices but has not yet been posted to students' accounts.

Bills are mailed monthly to permanent address for undergraduate and to local address for graduate students, unless student directs SRO to use another billing address.
