Welcome to online help for Harvard's Electronic
Shop & Pay System

The Electronic Shop and Pay (ESP)system is an alternative to Web Voucher that a limited number of Harvard departments use to process online shopping orders and payments with select strategic vendors. Like Web voucher, ESP can also be used to look up payment details and account coding of previously submitted orders.

The ESP system provides a single place of entry to multiple vendor sites. Selecting one of the listed vendors launches a Harvard-specific catalog with prices reflecting any discounts that have been negotiated with the strategic vendor.
